**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Director, Client & Technology Infrastructure, eHealth Saskatchewan is seeking a self-motivated, technically savvy, and strategic leader to join our team as the Manager, Core Business Platforms. This role provides leadership and direction to employees within the core platforms teams to ensure the services they provide fit with the overall strategic direction of eHealth Saskatchewan and meet or exceed associated business requirements.

This is a new and exciting role that is responsible for leading, developing, and planning with a team of highly talented individuals that support some critical business platforms such as ServiceNow and M365. Daily responsibilities in this position will include solving problems, leading the team, project oversight, planning future enhancements, vendor management, financial forecasting, building reporting/decision items for senior leadership, and building and maintaining partner relationships. These relationships involve all organizations in the Saskatchewan Health Sector, specifically: Saskatchewan Health Authority, 3S Health, Saskatchewan Cancer Agency and the Ministry of Health.
Strong IT knowledge and proven ability to manage change in a complex business and stakeholder environment.
- Strong people management and leadership skills to contribute to the technology division goals and objectives in supporting the Saskatchewan health system
- Ability to own and drive new and challenging processes and change across the organization and clients
- Customer focused approach and good analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong written and presentational skills; ability to clearly communicate complex messages to a variety of audiences including senior management
- Flexibility to shift work hours as required to manage teams to enable 24x7x365 support of mission critical infrastructure
- Ability to monitor processes, identify gaps, and document and implement process improvements
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Progressive experience in linking strategy and operations, IT polices, framework and practices;
- Superior communication, problem-solving, accountability, systems management skills, and a solid track record in initiating and supporting collaborative work and innovation solutions;
- Knowledge of public sector budgeting, forecasting, accountability, and decision-making processes;
- Understanding how to advance the strategic and corporate work of the organization and the goals of government overall;
- Change agent with a proven track record in leading dynamic and diverse teams through provincial wide changes and times of uncertainty
- Ability to navigate and build strong relationships in a large, complex multi-enterprise environment
- Extensive senior leadership experience that enables you to lead, direct and manage a team of professionals;
