Salary RangeWe offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience.
Job DescriptionGeneral Manager Role: We are seeking a General Manager to lead our Food and Beverage department at RS. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving sales growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of Managers to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and programs.
- Foster a positive work culture and maintain high employee satisfaction levels.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience as a Regional Manager or 5 years as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant or food and beverage operation.
- A strong track record of providing outstanding customer service and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Certifications in WHMIS, Smart Serve, ServSafe, NFSTP, or equivalent.
