About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at India Paradise Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Implementation

Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and preferences of our customers, while ensuring that they are profitable and aligned with our brand values.

Staff Management

Supervise and train a team of staff members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary stock levels to meet customer demand.

Customer Service

Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.

Financial Management

Manage the financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs to ensure that we are profitable and meeting our financial targets.

Marketing and Promotion

Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones, including social media marketing, email marketing, and local advertising.

Health and Safety

Ensure that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment, complying with all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines.

Requirements
  • Education

A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
