**About the Job**

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Management professional to join our team at Qdoba Franchises. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are trained and equipped to provide a positive dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe environment
* Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
* Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service
* Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other expenses
* Maintain a positive and productive work environment
