Restaurant Manager Job Description

INDIA PARADISE RESTAURANT is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet customer demands and drive sales growth.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stock, and negotiate with suppliers to optimize costs.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive dining experience for customers, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash, manage budgets, and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
