We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Pizza Pizza. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are trained and equipped to provide the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and improve daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff members.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and maintained.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customer needs are met.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Permanent position with 40 hours of work per week.
  • English language proficiency.
