Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement high-impact sales strategies to drive growth.
- Cultivate a high-performance solution-selling culture and represent ScalePad in the IT Services channel.
- Own the sales funnel from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring alignment between sales, product, and marketing teams.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts to the executive team and board of directors, influencing the company's strategic direction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard top sales talent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Coach team members through deal closures and pipeline management, enhancing their professional growth.
- Develop and manage sales targets, growth metrics, and KPIs to drive revenue goals.
- Create and execute go-to-market plans and elevate necessary sales tools.
- Develop and refine the sales compensation plan to incentivize high performance.
- Support the development, implementation, and management of ScalePad's marketing plan.
- Contribute to the creation of sales and marketing materials for ScalePad's products and services.
- Represent ScalePad at key industry events, promoting our brand and solutions.
