Job Title: VP Sales and Operational Excellence

Swim Recruiting is seeking a highly experienced and skilled VP Sales and Operational Excellence to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and driving operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Manage and lead sales teams to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and improve business processes.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
