We are seeking a talented Strategic Business Continuity Manager to join our team in this exciting role. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact on the business and contribute to the growth of our organization.

About the Role

As a Strategic Business Continuity Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery strategies that minimize disruption to our operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Develop and maintain Location Emergency Management Team (EMT) manual and business continuity plans;
  • Conduct quarterly location EMT meetings and ensure meeting minutes are documented, and action items are tracked for closure;
  • Oversee the financial aspects of BCM initiatives, including budgeting and cost management;
  • Develop and maintain a scenario library and agree on scenario details aligned to internally identified risks and vulnerabilities;

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders to identify critical or important business functions and determine impact tolerance. You will also develop and maintain global Crisis Management Manual, Crisis Communication plan and scenario-based playbooks.

What You'll Need
  • Knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements for risk management and Business Continuity Planning (BCP);
  • Strong understanding of Business Continuity, Crisis Management, IT Disaster Recovery and IT Service Management;
  • Working knowledge of Fund administration business;
  • Hands-on knowledge of risk assessment techniques, business impact analysis, BCP planning and testing;

The ideal candidate will possess advanced ability with the Microsoft Office suite of applications, including Excel, and experience of onboarding new systems/technology. Industry certification in one of the following: CBCI, CBCM, CBCP, PMI, ITIL, etc., would be beneficial but not essential.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
