Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Director with a proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing within a multidisciplinary artistic environment. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience and be responsible for developing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, expanding our presence on the national and international market, and promoting strategic partnerships.

  • Work closely with the executive team and other team members to manage development opportunities, customer relationships, and departmental operations.
  • Develop marketing tools, including service offers, customer presentations, and other materials.
  • Negotiate and review contracts.
  • Analyze new geographic or sectoral markets and identify potential partners.
  • Participate in events and ensure coordination between internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and improve existing processes and tools, such as CRM and internal documentation.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, fluency in English and French, and a strong understanding of the Mac, Windows, and Pipedrive environments.

Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within a multidisciplinary artistic environment.
  • Established network of industry contacts and clients is a plus.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and French.
Estimated Salary

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
