Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead our Custom Experiences division. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for defining business development strategies, managing inbound leads, and developing strategic partnerships with customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Opportunity Management:
    • Develop and implement business strategies for different market segments in collaboration with General Managers.
    • Establish a business opportunity qualification process and create tools to assess risks and customer needs.
    • Identify potential partners and initiate strategic missions.
    • Monitor and prioritize partner and supplier relationships.
    • Ensure compliance with performance indicators and company procedures.
    • Develop a reference calendar of actions to achieve set objectives and sales growth.
    • Analyze results and take corrective measures.
    • Foster strong relationships with customers through regular communication and support.
    • Coordinate and lead strategic files concerning new business opportunities.
    • Develop programs and activities to build loyalty and lasting relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Business Relations with Customers and Strategic Partners:
    • Build and maintain business links with key players in the industry and target markets.
    • Collaborate with General Managers to develop and maintain privileged contact with identified customers.
    • Solicit and prospect potential customers based on priority markets and regions.
    • Participate in identifying and selecting strategic partnerships.
    • Contribute to aligning strategies and objectives assigned to MF representatives by market sector.
    Your Journey Includes:
    • University degree in business administration, production, economics, marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in business development.
    • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Google tools and Keynote.
    • Experience in an artistic field related to one of Moment Factory's areas of activity.
    • Skills and practical experience in international development.
    • Understanding of business aspects specific to Moment Factory.
    • Practical skills in creating business opportunities.
    • Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written.
    A Competitive Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 Per Year
