  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide exceptional customer service.
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, large workload, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week, with a regular schedule and occasional overtime as needed.
