The Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned recruiter to manage our end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and interviewing top talent. You'll partner with our management teams to meet the hiring needs of our businesses while ensuring a seamless experience for both managers and candidates. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can identify exceptional talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to fulfill staffing needs in BC and Ontario
  2. Navigate the hospitality industry, staying informed about changes and people movements
  3. Utilize our ATS system to streamline the recruitment process
  4. Source, screen, and schedule interviews with key leaders; conduct reference checks
  5. Ensure compliance with BC and Ontario employment laws and regulations
  6. Create job descriptions, vetted by the leadership team
  7. Stay current with recruitment trends and best practices
  8. Contribute to developing an engaging employee referral program

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a recruiter or similar role
  • Trained in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other hiring software
  • Proven experience executing effective recruiting strategies
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 CAD per year, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience. We offer competitive health and dental benefits as well as exciting company perks.
