We are seeking an Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at SK Global Traders Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in an administrative capacity and be proficient in data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $45,000 and $60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear priorities to meet deadlines
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to maintain a high level of service quality
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative capacity
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
