We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Ground6 Consultancy Services Inc. in a permanent full-time position.
About the Role:
- This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, report preparation, and budget management.
- They will also be required to train staff and oversee office administrative procedures.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities- Perform data entry and prepare periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Train staff and oversee office administrative procedures.
- Carry out administrative activities of establishment.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records.
Requirements:
Requirements- Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are necessary.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management software is an asset.
