We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Ground6 Consultancy Services Inc. in a permanent full-time position.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, report preparation, and budget management.
  • They will also be required to train staff and oversee office administrative procedures.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry and prepare periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Train staff and oversee office administrative procedures.
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records.

Requirements:

Requirements
  • Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are necessary.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial management software is an asset.
