Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at the YMCA of Three Rivers. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide exceptional support to our EarlyON program, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the EarlyON team, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Answer telephone, email, and visitor inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Support the maintenance of a systematic and organized filing system and archiving system for the EarlyON program.
  • Assist with group sessions, workshop presentations, and networking meetings, including note-taking, room bookings, and Zoom channel bookings.
  • Attend workshops, trainings, conferences, and staff meetings as required.
Requirements:
  • Completion of a Community College Diploma in a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of related experience required, or technical training or a combination of education and experience.
  • Superior customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Strong knowledge of computers, iPad, and Zoom platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, detail-oriented.
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to maintain strong confidentiality as the position handles sensitive information.
