Administrative Assistant

Vézina architectes inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities, planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and reviewing HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in human resources is an asset.
Requirements- Bilingual (English and French)
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Or equivalent experience
