Job Summary:

Administrative Assistant/Receptionist needed to provide efficient administrative support in a residential property management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and direct visitors, residents, and suppliers in a professional manner.
  • Conduct visits of rental premises, manage phone calls, and address resident inquiries.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including mail management, data entry, and maintaining files.
  • Organize and maintain resident records, coordinate maintenance activities, and oversee renovation work.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, and assist in budget preparation and expense management.
  • Adhere to company procedures and policies regarding information confidentiality and security.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy and organization.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to tactfully resolve issues.
  • Good understanding of basic principles of residential property management.
  • Proficiency in common computer tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
