Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our team at Granite Warehouse Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and efficient work environment.
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas to provide a welcoming and supportive experience.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Perform data entry to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Maintain and manage digital databases to ensure efficient and secure data storage.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is required.
Additional Requirements
