They will also be tasked with delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and overseeing the implementation of office administrative procedures. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Coordinate and plan for office services
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • English language proficiency
