Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Galaxy Homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our staff, clients, and vendors.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Access.
