Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Elite Real Estate Club of Toronto. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for our estate management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and 5 years or more of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Administrative Tasks: Schedule and confirm appointments, maintain filing systems, record and prepare minutes of meetings, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Communication and Organization: Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, review and proofread documents to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage, and arrange travel and related itineraries.
  • Work Environment: Work Term: Permanent, Work Language: English, Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
