We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Estate Division at the Elite Real Estate Club of Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining a filing system, and preparing minutes of meetings and court sessions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. They will be proficient in preparing financial statements and reports, as well as reviewing and proofreading documents to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.

The Estate Administrative Coordinator will work 37.5 hours per week and will be fluent in English. They will be responsible for arranging travel and related itineraries, preparing correspondence and legal documents, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
