We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Elite Real Estate Club of Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, maintaining a filing system, and preparing financial statements and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
    • Arrange travel and related itineraries
  • Administrative Support
    • Maintain a filing system and ensure accurate record-keeping
    • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents
    • Review and proofread documents to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare financial statements and reports
    • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 5 years or more of experience in a similar role. They will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
