Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Elite Real Estate Club of Toronto. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, record minutes of meetings and court sessions, and prepare financial statements and reports.
  • Communication: Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, review and proofread documents to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Office Administration: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, determine and establish office procedures and routines, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
