Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Elite Real Estate Club of Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our estate management team.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Administrative Tasks
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Maintain filing system
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings or conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Arrange travel and make reservations
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents
- Review and proofread documents to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Work Environment
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years or more of experience in administrative roles
