- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, managing financial records and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Equivalent experience or relevant education may be considered.
- Google Docs, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and information technology skills.
- Ability to work independently, with tight deadlines, and with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, be organized, and a team player.
- Reliability, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues.
