  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, managing financial records and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Equivalent experience or relevant education may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Google Docs, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and information technology skills.
  • Ability to work independently, with tight deadlines, and with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, be organized, and a team player.
  • Reliability, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
