About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to lead our Facilities Management and Business Development efforts in Canada. As Director of Facilities Management and Business Development, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing Sodexo's strategies for growth and development of Facilities Management across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the implementation of Sodexo's global business platforms in Canada.
  2. Spearhead Business Development and facilitate sustainable profitable growth.
  3. Support new account transitions and manage client and customer satisfaction.
  4. Oversee and update policies and procedures, as well as contribute to solution design and RFP responses.
  5. Travel as needed (40%).
Qualifications
  1. Post-Secondary Education in a related field.
  2. Proven leadership success in Facilities Management.
  3. Proven success in the outsourcing industry.
  4. Professional Engineer, or facilities or technical accreditation (such as FMP) is preferred.
  5. Ability to lead, develop, and engage employees.
  6. Previous success in strategic planning and business development.
  7. Experience managing the sales cycle.
  8. Exposure to IFM services such as Housekeeping, Security, Laundry, Mail, Parking, Reception, Conference, Transportation, and Waste Management.
  9. Ability to establish strong client relations and excellent interpersonal skills.
  10. Results-driven approach.
  11. Ability to leverage networks and experience partnering to achieve client solutions.
  12. Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
  13. Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
  14. Bilingual in French and English is preferred.
