About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Thinkific. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs and goals
  • Provide consultative sales guidance to clients, showcasing how Thinkific's solutions can address their specific business problems
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless sales cycles and effective lead follow-up

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing business development role
  • Proven track record of quota attainment and outperformance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple leads and activities
