About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team of team members to deliver exceptional guest service, maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shift Management
    • Manage the shift by ensuring your team has all the tools they need to succeed
    • Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests as well as follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment
  • Team Leadership
    • Recruit, train, and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons high standards of operation
    • Promote a respectful team environment and manage team members with open communication and understanding
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory and ordering to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste
