About the RoleThis full-time position involves managing a team of sales representatives, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring that customer needs are met efficiently. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Performance: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve sales performance, increase revenue, and expand market share.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash effectively, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and accounted for.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that products are available when needed and that stock levels are optimal.
- Training and Development: Train new sales staff in company policies, procedures, and product knowledge, ensuring that they have the skills and confidence to succeed in their roles.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A college or CEGEP diploma.
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales or management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong understanding of the electrical equipment industry.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- A base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
