About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Care Coordinator to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a tangible impact on our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with clients, providing personalized support and solutions to meet their needs.
  • Provide retail sales customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for clients in-store.
  • Work closely with service technicians and sales consultants to oversee client order administration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication with clients, therapists, and funders, making a positive impact on their lives.
  • Update databases using Navision software, ensuring accurate information is presented to clients.
  • Schedule and coordinate service technicians' work using Jobber software, streamlining our operations.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm paperwork, rental agreements, and quotes are complete and accurate.
  • Coordinate the pickup and delivery of rental or custom equipment, ensuring seamless logistics.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree or diploma from a post-secondary institution or a minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment or customer-facing role.
  • Experience: Interest in or exposure to the healthcare or personal mobility device industry.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work with customers to find solutions.
  • Flexibility and organization: Deadline-driven, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Empathy and respect: Empathetic and respectful, with the ability to navigate any situation in a friendly, professional, and compassionate manner.
  • Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating databases, with experience with Jobber and Navision an asset.
