Client Service Coordinator, Part-Time Position

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Coordinator to join our team at Spectrum Health Care. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client service and support to our internal and external customers/clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with community PSW and Nurses to schedule and coordinate PSW and Nurse services
- Liaise with clients, staff, and community partners to ensure seamless communication and support
- Act as a problem solver for clients and respond to inquiries from LHIN and employees in a timely and professional manner
- Report client and staff concerns to Home Support Supervisor and provide recommendations for improvement
- Liaise with LHIN representatives regarding client care and collect and enter pertinent client data into the computer system
- Provide administrative support to the personal support worker and Nurse program, including scheduling, list management, and other duties as required
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years working in an office setting, preferably in the healthcare industry
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a Medical Office Admin Certificate/Diploma an asset
- Medical terminology knowledge an asset, but not required
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls while delivering exceptional customer service, with healthcare industry experience an asset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with additional language skills considered an asset
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills, with proficiency in Word, Outlook, and ability to learn proprietary software
