Join Our Team as a Client Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Care Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client accounts, and ensuring seamless communication with our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Manage and maintain client accounts, including product ordering and inventory management
  • Work with insurance companies to ensure successful third-party billing operations
  • Assist with minor in-clinic device repairs as needed

Requirements:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Training in a medical office setting or other administrative role
  • Experience or willingness to work on and reconcile accounts receivable
