About the Role

Spectrum Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and organized Client Service Coordinator to join our team in Downtown Toronto. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our internal and external customers/clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with community PSWs and Nurses to schedule and coordinate services
  • Liaise with clients, staff, and community partners to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Act as a problem solver for clients and respond to inquiries from LHIN and employees
  • Report client and staff concerns to Home Support Supervisor
  • Liaise with LHIN representatives regarding client care and collect pertinent client data
  • Provide administrative support to the personal support worker and Nurse program

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an office setting, preferably in healthcare
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Medical Office Admin Certificate/Diploma an asset
  • Medical terminology knowledge an asset but not required
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Word, Outlook, and ability to learn proprietary software
