Client Service Coordinator, Part-Time

About the Role
Spectrum Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and organized Client Service Coordinator to join our team in Downtown Toronto. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our internal and external customers/clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with community PSWs and Nurses to schedule and coordinate services
- Liaise with clients, staff, and community partners to ensure seamless service delivery
- Act as a problem solver for clients and respond to inquiries from LHIN and employees
- Report client and staff concerns to Home Support Supervisor
- Liaise with LHIN representatives regarding client care and collect pertinent client data
- Provide administrative support to the personal support worker and Nurse program
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an office setting, preferably in healthcare
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical Office Admin Certificate/Diploma an asset
- Medical terminology knowledge an asset but not required
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle high-volume calls and deliver exceptional customer service
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Proficient in Word, Outlook, and ability to learn proprietary software
