Philanthropy and Campaigns Manager

We are seeking a seasoned philanthropy professional to lead our corporate planning efforts at AFP Golden Horseshoe Chapter. As a Director, Corporate Planning, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive fundraising success.

About the Role- Develop and implement comprehensive corporate planning strategies to achieve fundraising goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and improve donor engagement
- Analyze data and trends to inform strategic decision-making and optimize fundraising initiatives
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with donors, stakeholders, and community leaders
AFP Golden Horseshoe Chapter is a dynamic organization dedicated to supporting the philanthropic sector in the region. We offer a collaborative and inclusive work environment, as well as a competitive compensation package.
The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $130,000 per year, based on location and experience. This figure includes base salary, incentives, and benefits. Additional perks include participation in a defined benefit pension plan (HOOPP), comprehensive health, dental, and travel benefits, and access to an employee assistance program.
Requirements- 10+ years of progressive fundraising and management experience, with demonstrated success in the non-profit/charitable sector
- Demonstrated people management and leadership experience within a cross-functional structure
- Post-secondary education in business, event, communications, public relations or related field; certificate in development, fundraising, or event planning an asset
- Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) designation is an asset
- Experience in campaign management and implementation an asset
