Associate Dean, School of Accounting and Finance Leader

Job Summary:
The Associate Dean, School of Accounting and Finance is a key leadership position responsible for providing academic and administrative leadership to the School of Accounting and Finance. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in teaching, research, and academic administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic leadership to the School of Accounting and Finance, including developing and implementing strategic plans, managing budgets, and supervising faculty and staff.
- Lead the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives, including curriculum development and accreditation.
- Collaborate with the Dean and other senior leaders to advance the College's academic and operational plans.
- Manage and develop faculty and staff, including hiring, performance management, and professional development.
- Represent the School of Accounting and Finance on College-wide committees and working groups.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in accounting or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum 9 years of experience in academic administration, including experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in budget management, faculty supervision, and program development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with faculty, staff, and students.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with experience in promoting and supporting inclusive practices in academic programs.
