Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at Westforce Security Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the highest level of service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 security personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to handle emergency situations and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Operational Management: Coordinate activities with other departments and work units to ensure seamless service delivery and efficient use of resources.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and production levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit regular progress reports, providing technical advice and recommendations to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they are equipped to handle complex situations and provide exceptional service.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the security industry.
  • Certifications: Security Guard License.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills. The ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism is essential.
