Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Security Team: Lead and manage a team of security personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective execution of security protocols.
  • Emergency Response and Crisis Management: Develop and implement emergency response plans, ensuring the team is prepared to handle critical situations.
  • Quality Control and Monitoring: Conduct regular site visits to monitor security operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to security personnel on safety procedures, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit regular reports on security operations, incidents, and trends, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the security industry.
  • Certifications: Security Guard License.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. The position involves coordinating activities with other work units or departments, ensuring seamless operations.
