Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Security Operations Supervisor to oversee our security personnel and ensure a safe environment for our clients and guests.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college or CEGEP program, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the security sector.
Work Environment

This position is based within a security guard agency, where the supervisor will manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients and guests with specific requirements and needs.
  • Act as the primary contact for addressing emergency situations.
  • Coordinate activities with various departments and work units.
  • Monitor and evaluate quality and production standards.
  • Prepare and present progress reports and other relevant documentation.
  • Resolve workplace issues, offer technical guidance, and suggest improvements for productivity and quality.
  • Train staff in their job responsibilities, safety protocols, and organizational policies.
  • Establish work schedules and operational procedures.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee a team of 5-10 security personnel.

Required Certifications
  • Possession of a valid Security Guard License.
