Position Overview

As a Security Operations Supervisor at WESTFORCE SECURITY SERVICES INC., you will play a crucial role in overseeing security operations and ensuring the safety of our clients and guests.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the security sector.
Work Environment

This position is based in a security guard agency, where you will be responsible for managing a team and ensuring high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients and guests with specific needs to enhance their experience.
  • Act as the primary contact for addressing emergency situations effectively.
  • Coordinate activities with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor and evaluate quality and production levels within the team.
  • Prepare and submit detailed progress reports and other necessary documentation.
  • Resolve workplace issues, offer technical guidance, and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Conduct training for staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Establish and manage work schedules and procedures for the team.
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will oversee a team of 5-10 personnel, ensuring they are well-trained and equipped to perform their duties.

Licenses and Certifications
  • Possession of a valid Security Guard License is required.
Work Conditions
  • Fast-paced environment requiring the ability to work under pressure.
