The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
  • Monitor and maintain the security of our clients' properties, identifying and mitigating potential security risks.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
  • Train and develop security personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective security strategy.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security supervisory role.
  • Security Guard License.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
