As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist clients/guests with special needs
* Be the point of contact for emergency situations
* Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
* Monitor quality and production levels
* Prepare and submit progress reports
* Resolve work problems and provide technical advice
* Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
* Establish work schedules and procedures

Requirements:

* 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role
* College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
* Security Guard License
