Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Westforce Security Services Inc. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team and ensuring the highest level of service is provided to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Client Service: Assist clients with special needs and be the primary point of contact for emergency situations.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit progress reports, as well as other relevant documentation.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels, and implement measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Certifications: Security Guard License.
