Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Operations Supervisor to oversee our security team at WESTFORCE SECURITY SERVICES INC. This role is essential in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the security industry.
Work Environment

The position is based in a security guard agency, providing a dynamic and fast-paced work setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients and guests with specific needs, ensuring a high level of service.
  • Act as the primary contact for managing emergency situations effectively.
  • Coordinate activities with various departments to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and evaluate quality and production standards within the team.
  • Prepare and submit detailed progress reports and other necessary documentation.
  • Address work-related issues, offering technical guidance and recommending improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Train and mentor staff in their job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Establish and manage work schedules and procedures to optimize team performance.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise a team of 5-10 personnel, ensuring effective leadership and support.

Licenses and Certifications
  • Must possess a valid Security Guard License.
Work Conditions
