About the Role:

Linds & Associates is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Law Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our corporate commercial group, you will provide administrative support to our lawyers and clients, ensuring the smooth execution of complex transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, draft, and revise correspondence, agreements, and other documentation related to securities, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate transactions.
  • Manage practice management tasks, including establishing effective filing and organization systems, preparing dockets and accounts for approval, and managing pre-bills.
  • Take instructions, prioritize incoming work, and follow through on assignments and manage ongoing tasks.
  • Communicate professionally and efficiently with clients, external contacts, and internal stakeholders.
  • Open and close files, and undertake additional responsibilities as required within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Legal Administrative Assistant Diploma from a recognized college preferred.
  • 8 years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant in a corporate environment, preferably with law firm experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and technical skills, with the ability to work on large complex agreements.
  • Excellent proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and undertake additional responsibilities as required within the team.
