About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Affinity Mortgage Solutions Inc. as a Legal Support professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination

Manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events to ensure seamless execution.

Office Administration

Establish and maintain office procedures, routines, and protocols to ensure efficient operations.

Document Management

Review, proofread, and edit documents, correspondence, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.

Communication

Provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and direct visitors to relevant contacts or service areas.

Policy Development

Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Record Keeping

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, statistics, and information to support business decisions.

Training and Development

Train and mentor other team members to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development.

Supply Chain Management

Order and manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure timely delivery of essential materials.

Senior Management Support

Provide administrative support to senior management, including preparing meeting minutes, reports, and other documents.

Operational Planning

Contribute to the planning and organization of daily operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP diploma.

Experience

At least 1 month to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.

Language

Fluency in English.

Work Hours

40 hours per week.
