Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination

Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events to ensure seamless execution.

Office Administration

Establish and maintain office procedures and routines to optimize productivity and efficiency.

Document Management

Review, proofread, and edit documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.

Correspondence and Communication

Compose, type, and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to maintain professional standards.

Contract Management

Manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, directing them to relevant contacts or service areas, and responding to inquiries.

Policies and Procedures

Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Communication and Liaison

Act as a liaison between senior management, colleagues, and external parties to facilitate communication and collaboration.

Record Keeping and Reporting

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP diploma.

Experience

At least 1 month to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.

Language

Fluency in English.

Work Hours
