Sales Account Manager for Foodservice Solutions

Russell Hendrix Foodservice Equipment is a trusted partner to restaurants, hotels, and institutions across Canada. As a Sales Account Manager for Foodservice Solutions, you will be a pivotal part of our sales team's operations.
">You will establish and maintain ongoing, profitable relationships with customers, requiring initiative, drive to deliver on goals, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage internal and external relationships.
This position demands a motivated individual who is passionate about creating profitable relationships in a high-performance and entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying, isolating, and pursuing new customer acquisition and conducting cold calls for potential leads
- Building a loyal customer base and being their first call for all their foodservice equipment needs
- Using superior product knowledge to provide customers solutions that will help their business thrive
- Meeting and exceeding sales and profit targets set forward and tracking your steps along the way
- Using our internal systems to enter orders, create quotes, follow-up on orders, and track shipments
- Assisting the finance department in keeping all accounts within the territory in good standing
Required skills and qualifications include:
- A university degree or college diploma, preferably in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, hospitality)
- At least 2 years of previous sales experience in a similar industry, with a proven track record of success and customer focus
- An optimistic attitude with the ability to stay positive and professional in difficult situations
- Superior written and oral communication skills, always articulate and professional
- Proficiency with computers, particularly Microsoft Office
- A self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work well independently
- Highly collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to generate new and innovative approaches to problems
- Proactive, seeking to solve problems as they arise without needing directives
- Analytical and confident in decision-making capabilities, gathering information and making fair decisions in line with our core values
- Results-oriented and driven by success
- A reliable vehicle and the ability to travel within the designated territory

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a salary of approximately $50,000 per year, plus commission pay based on your performance.
