Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for sales, customer service, and teamwork. As a Regional Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Sales Performance: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within your assigned territory, exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional service, and ensuring their needs are met through effective communication and solution-based sales approaches.
  • Territory Management: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth, expand market share, and increase customer loyalty within your designated territory.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree or college diploma, preferably in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, hospitality).
  • A minimum of 2 years of previous sales experience in a similar industry, with a proven track record of success and customer focus.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
  • Proficiency with computers, particularly Microsoft Office, and a willingness to learn our internal systems.
